Our mission

To include the excluded through digital skills training, employment support, crisis support service and community cohesion and participation.

Our main activities

Bespoke digital training programmes

that focus upon the needs of the digitally excluded, motivations, and lifestyles of participants. Young people: digital / tech / coding clubs.

Volunteer programme

Supporting users to rise into volunteering as community or digital champions - who help other digitally excluded residents.

Employability basics

English conversation, cv writing, career guidance, digital job search, interview presentation, job ready club.

Women’s empowerment

through our VoiceBox café supporting excluded women to understand, celebrate and participate in democracy and public life.

Survival basics

Crisis support, advocacy and welfare support plans; financial inclusion, money management (budgeting, saving, understanding the terminology).

Community health & wellbeing

Community events, health and wellbeing workshops, awareness raising workshops and events.
